Job summary

The Boulevard Post Acute is seeking a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a part-time evening shift. Earn daily pay while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in a 81-bed sub-acute and long-term care setting in Virginia.

You will follow care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support residents’ well-being. Requirements include an active Virginia LPN license and BLS CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered active LPN license in Virginia.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to care for and manage multiple patients in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care per standards and plan of care.
• Follow individualized care plans developed by Nurse Manager and team.
• Administer medications and treatments per plan.
• Monitor residents, report changes promptly to supervising nurse or physician.
• Maintain accurate documentation per orders and policies.
• Support a safe, respectful environment for residents and families.
