Job summary

Langley Post Acute in Virginia is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for full-time and part-time opportunities. Daily pay is available, with FT shifts 7 AM–3 PM and FT/PT 3 PM–11 PM; compensation ranges from $28 to $33 per hour.

We deliver compassionate, person-centered care in a 70-bed sub-acute and long-term facility. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support residents’ physical and emotional needs while upholding our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Virginia.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Ability to care for multiple patients in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care per established standards and care plans.
• Follow care plans created by the Nurse Manager and team.
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments.
• Monitor residents and report changes promptly to the nurse or physician.
• Document accurately and timely per orders and standards.
• Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment.
