Job summary

The Boulevard Post Acute is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) in Virginia. The shift options are 7 AM - 3 PM, 3 PM - 11 PM, and 11 PM - 7 AM, with daily pay.

The facility emphasizes compassionate, high‑quality nursing care, guided by core values, and supports residents’ health and well‑being. Qualifications include an active Virginia RN license, BLS certification, and the ability to manage multiple residents while maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of Virginia.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high‑quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.
