Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to join our team in Tennessee. We offer daily and weekly pay access, with shifts including day, night, full time, part time, and per diem.

Aufgaben

• Administer medications and treatments.
• Assist with admissions, transfers and discharges.
• Document care in resident medical records and department logs.
• Educate residents and families about treatments and status changes.
• Adhere to infection control and facility policies.
• Consult with physicians about plan of care and changes.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and privacy.
• Ensure quality of care per DOH and facility standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to solve resident problems.
