Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing with the Board in Massachusetts.
• At least 2 years of recent experience in direct care of the elderly or disabled population.

• Submit evaluations within specified timeframes.
• Respond to adjustment requests and MassHealth inquiries.
• Document progress notes promptly.
