Job summary

You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals, document progress in electronic medical records, and stay current with best practices. CPR certification is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in LicensedPractical Nursing.
• Current state license as an LPN.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LPN.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients health needs and develop and implement care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patients vital signs and report any changes to staff.
• Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment.
• Document patients progress and outcomes using electronic medical records.
• Stay up to date with current research and best practices in nursing.
