BrightStar Care is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to provide pediatric home care for a client in Johnstown, Ohio. The role involves caring for a patient with a G-tube, trach, ventilator, and NG-tube, with night shifts from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am on Mon, Tue, Thu, and Sun, plus a daytime 8am–6pm schedule on weekdays.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN License in the State of Ohio.
• Current CPR Certification.
• 1 year of G-tube and Trach experience preferred.
• NG-tube experience.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Recent negative TB test or chest x-ray.

Responsibilities

• Provide client care according to the approved Plan of Care.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living and personal care.

We are currently seeking a caring LPN to provide exceptional care to a pediatric client in the Johnstown, Ohio area. This special client has a G-tube, trach, ventilator and NG-tube, and the family is looking for someone who can provide top‑note care with compassion. The shifts are from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.

Whether you’re a brand-new nurse or a veteran nurse who needs a refresher course, BrightStar Care provides training to ensure you’re ready to make a difference.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday from 8am-6pm

Rate

$31.00 per hour
