Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Salary: $34 - $40 per hour

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to work one-on-one with a patient in school and home settings.

Available Shifts:

• Sunday 10am-4pm in Bloomingburg, NY
• Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 8am-4pm in Chester, NY
• Friday, Saturday 8am-8pm in Monroe, NY
• Tuesday, Saturday 8pm-8am in Monroe, NY

Requirements:

• Current LPN/LVN licensure in the practicing state
