My Access Medical Clinic seeks an experienced LPN to support patients and providers in a fast-paced clinic environment. You will monitor vitals, assist with procedures, perform phlebotomy, and document care in the EMR under provider supervision.

You will administer medications and vaccines, ensure accurate orders, and educate patients while upholding HIPAA and safety standards. A collaborative team and patient-centered approach are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Current, unrestricted LPN license; must remain active.
• Current BLS certification during employment.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and clinical equipment.

Responsabilités

• Monitor vital signs and gather medical history.
• Assist with minor procedures and phlebotomy.
• Administer medications and vaccinations per policy.
• Perform point of care testing and enter orders in EMR.
• Document care accurately and promptly in patient records.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant confidentiality and patient privacy.
• Educate patients and families and support wellness.
