Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and LPN Diploma required.
• 2 years of medical practice experience preferred.
• Current licensure from CT and/or NY (when necessary).
• EMR experience preferred; strong communication, customer service and teamwork skills.
• CPR certification preferred; bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient care responsibilities as assigned.
• Sends/receives patient medical records and abstracts into Epic.
• Sets up instruments and equipment according to department protocol.
• Maintains patient autonomy, confidentiality and dignity.
• May assist and/or perform chaperone duties for procedures as needed.
