Signature HealthCARE of Roanoke Rapids is seeking a caring LPN to provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and support residents in a 108-bed community. Join a team that emphasizes resident-centered care, dignity, and safety in daily operations.

Formación

• Active LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
• Minimum one year of clinical nursing experience; long-term care experience preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role preferred.
• Strong clinical observation, medication administration, and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of Federal and State long-term care regulations.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration and wound care.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) to ensure comfort and safety.
• Supervise nursing assistants and medication aides during shifts.
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional status; notify physician of changes.
• Develop and review individualized care plans with the team.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation per policy.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and staff education.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
