Job summary

FMOL Health's Lafayette clinic is seeking a licensed practical nurse to provide patient care under physician and staff supervision. The role emphasizes triage, accurate EMR documentation, and efficient coordination of appointments, tests and referrals in a fast-paced environment.

The LPN will assist in patient care, support the clinical team, and help maintain a compassionate, professional atmosphere with emphasis on safety and quality nursing.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Current Louisiana LPN license and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Triage calls and determine appropriate medical pathways.
• Accurately chart information and messages in the EMR.
• Assist with patient flow, scheduling, tests, and referrals.
• Provide nursing duties under supervision while maintaining patient safety.
