Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess residents under RN supervision.
• Administer medications and document treatments.
• Use SBAR to communicate with care teams.
• Supervise CNAs and other staff.
• Admit/discharge residents per facility procedures.
• Document nursing assessments on admission.
• Maintain infection prevention standards.
