Job summary

Amberwell Health in Kansas seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support providers and the clinical care team in a clinic setting. You will assist with patient intake, medical history, vital signs, injections, vaccinations, EKGs, and CLIA-waived labs, documenting results and coordinating care as directed by the physician.

The role requires strong multi-tasking, organization and communication, with a completed accredited Vocational/Technical Nursing Program and an active Kansas LPN license.

• Coordinates referrals and follow-ups with providers and services.
• Supports care plans and patient education.
