Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Kansas nursing license required.
• Graduate of an accredited Vocational/Technical Nursing Program.
• 1–2 years of clinic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain, verify, and record patient health histories accurately.
• Perform physical assessments and collect specimens for testing.
• Administer injections/vaccines and perform EKGs as directed.
• Document assessments, interventions, medications, and test results in the chart.
• Assist clinicians with exams, procedures, and minor surgery as needed.
• Coordinate referrals and follow up on patient care plans.
