Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Gallatin, TN, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to work with licensed clinicians. The LPN will evaluate patient needs, assist with exams, and support the care team under supervision, ensuring safe, age-appropriate nursing care and accurate documentation in the EHR.

Responsibilities include patient preparation, lab specimen collection, education for patients and families, and participation in quality improvement activities.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse with Tennessee licensure is required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Ability to collaborate with clinicians in VIP MS Gallatin.

Responsabilités

• Deliver patient-focused care under supervision.
• Coordinate clinic flow and assist providers.

• Support patient education and family coaching.
