Qualifications

• Active New Jersey LPN license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of registered nurses or physicians.
• Administer medications and treatments according to supervisory orders.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and assess their condition.
• Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
• Document patient information, treatments, and responses to care accurately.
