Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of RNs or physicians.
• Administer medications and treatments per supervisory orders.
• Monitor vital signs and assess condition.
• Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans.
• Document patient information, treatments, and responses to care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
• Maintain a clean and safe patient environment.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and protocols for nursing care.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and provide interventions.
