Job summary

Northpoint Washington (Edmonds, WA) is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse for swing shifts (Friday and Saturday, 4pm-12:30am). You will coordinate medical services, support the master treatment and discharge plans, and communicate with the care team to ensure high-quality patient care.

The role requires a current LPN license in WA, CPR/First Aid/AED, and experience with EMR systems. You will work under supervision of a RN or provider in a fast-paced behavioral health setting.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Washington state.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Current CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
• Experience with electronic medical records systems recommended.

Responsibilities

• Interact routinely with patients and document observations for the care team.
• Administer medications and provide patient education.
• Use de-escalation skills to ensure safety of patients and staff.
• Provide admission, discharge and education planning for patients and families.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team on treatment plans and discharge planning.
• Maintain a clean, safe clinical environment and report maintenance needs.
