Job summary

Sterling Pointe, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a part-time LPN to join our team on-site in Princeton, MN. Shifts include AM 8:30am-5:00pm with every other weekend. Wage ranges from $27.00 to $32.50 per hour, based on experience.

The LPN is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of nursing care under the Director of Health Services, ensuring quality care per policies and care plans.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and valid state licensure as LPN or RN.
• Restorative or geriatric nursing experience preferred.
• Able to relate professionally with residents, families, and employees.
• Advanced computer skills, including email usage.
• Annual reviews with wage increases.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and perform rounds to monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care.

• Support the Director of Health Services on the staffing plan and nursing schedule that reflects resident needs.
