Job summary

Urbana Place, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, in Brooklyn Park, MN, is seeking an LPN to join our growing team. The position offers a Part Time PM shift (3pm-11pm) with every other weekend. Wages range from $27.00 to $32.50 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and a valid state licensure as a LPN or RN.
• Restorative or geriatric nursing experience is preferred.
• Must be able to relate professionally with residents, families, and staff.
• Must possess advanced computer skills, including email use.
• Annual reviews with wage increases.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and perform rounds to monitor and evaluate nursing care.
• Ensure proper completion and documentation of care, medications, and treatments.
• Support staffing plan and nursing schedule per resident needs.
