Job summary

National Church Residences in Columbus, OH is seeking a Part-Time LPN to provide memory care nursing from 7 pm to 11 pm. You will deliver direct care, implement the plan of care, and document accurately per policy.

Work with an interdisciplinary team, educate residents and families, mentor direct care staff, and participate in on-call rotations to ensure quality, respectful care for residents. A valid LPN license and ability to drive are required.

Qualifications
