Beavercreek Post Acute in Dayton is seeking a licensed nurse (LPN or RN) to provide direct nursing care per care plans and physician orders. You will administer medications, monitor residents, document care, and communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the care team.

The role includes supervising nursing assistants, promoting a safe and caring environment, and following all facility policies and regulations. A valid Ohio license and CPR certification are required.
