Job summary

Vi at Bentley Village in Naples, FL is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for part-time, 12-hour shifts including every other weekend. You will deliver resident care, identify needs, implement interventions, and collaborate with the care team to improve outcomes.

Qualifications include graduation from an approved LPN program, current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications, and at least 6 months of LPN experience, preferably with geriatric clients. Florida background screening applies.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a School of Nursing for Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses.
• Current CPR and AED certifications required.
• Current First Aid certification required or willing to become First Aid certified.
• Minimum 6 months of experience as LPN; geriatric experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care and services to residents by identifying needs and implementing interventions.
• Evaluate outcomes and conditions and provide personal care as needed.
• Communicate and collaborate with the care team to resolve resident care problems and improve care delivery.
• Participate in quality assessment and performance improvement activities.
