Job summary

Calvin Community in Des Moines, IA is seeking compassionate LPNs for the 10p-6a shift. You will assess residents' health needs, develop and implement care plans, administer medications, monitor responses, and provide ongoing support in a collaborative, resident-centered environment.

You will document progress in electronic medical records, coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care, educate residents and families, and stay current with nursing best practices.

Qualifications

• Current State License as an LPN.
