IHA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for evening shifts to ensure resident safety and care quality in our Iowa facility. You will apply the nursing process to assess residents, plan and implement care, and monitor outcomes.
The role emphasizes leadership in supervising staff, adherence to licensure requirements, BLS certification, and ongoing education to maintain licensure renewal. Evening, full-time, 40 hours weekly, 2-10pm.

Licensed Practical Nurse assume responsibility and accountability for assigned patients. Licensed practical nurses provide nursing services to assure resident safety and attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well –being of each resident, as determined by resident assessment and implementing plan of care.
Graduate of approved Nursing school
Required Licensure and Certifications Current LPN license in State of Iowa
Current basic Life Support for Healthcare providers from American heart Association Dependent Adult Mandatory reporter training 30 days upon fire and recertification every 5 years. Obtains education requires for license renewal.
