Job summary

Favoured Hospice LLC in Minnesota is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our patient care team. You will provide hands-on nursing support, monitor patients, and help implement personalized care plans in collaboration with RNs and physicians.

You'll document patient information, educate families, and support daily living activities while upholding dignity and safety. Our hospice emphasizes compassionate care and continuous learning within a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Minnesota and in good standing.
• Experience in a clinical, hospital, or long-term care setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate bedside manner.
• Proficiency with Hospice Tools systems and basic medical technology.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including medications, wound care, and vital signs.
