  • Offer emotional support and education to patients and families navigating end-of-life care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with hospice standards.
  • Be available 24/7 for on-call needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Hospice Care Specialist
Company: Superior Hospice
Compensation: $30–$37 per hour
Schedule: Part-Time to Start + Weekend, on-call, and holiday stipulations
Location: Greater Twin Cities Metro Area, MN (in-home field-based position)

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
