Job summary

Pleasant View Center in Concord, NH is hiring part-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide compassionate care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. This role supports LNAs and requires adherence to regulations while enhancing resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program.
• Current, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Hampshire (or eligibility for NH licensure).
• CPR certification required.
• Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) in daily resident care activities.
• Deliver patient-centered nursing care in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Administer medications, treatments, wound care, IV therapy, colostomy care, and tube feedings.
• Monitor residents' conditions and document changes, reporting updates to physicians and families.
• Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and care planning.
• Ensure all care provided aligns with Pleasant View Centers' standards of excellence.
