• Two years of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Admissions, discharge and transfers of residents.
• Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians; medication administration.
• Follow infection control, emergencies, and center policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to achieve best outcomes.
• Identify and report abnormal changes in residents’ condition per policy.
• Provide nursing care for long-term or rehabilitative residents.
• Document and communicate patient data and care plans.
