Job summary

Forest Manor Healthcare Center is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate care team in New Jersey. The role supports 11 PM–7 AM shifts, with part-time, PRN, and per diem opportunities across all shifts.

The LPN will administer medications, perform treatments, and document care in accordance with policies and state/federal regulations. We value strong communication and organization, plus experience in a skilled nursing facility.

Qualifications

Job Description

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide clinical care in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations, facility policies and procedures, and the care plan. This position also requires employee to administer medication and treatments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and documentation.
