Job summary

Forest Manor Healthcare Center in Blairstown, IA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate care-giving team. We offer part-time, PRN 11PM-7AM, and per diem shifts across all schedules.

The LPN will administer medications and treatments, provide clinical care per facility policies and care plans, and document accurately to ensure quality resident care. We are a 120-bed skilled nursing facility with a welcoming, clean work environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required.

Forest Manor Healthcare Center is looking for a NJ Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to become a part of our facility’s compassionate care-giving team. We have part time or PRN 11PM-7AM & part-time positions available on all shifts as well as some per diem.

Job Description:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide clinical care in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations, facility policies and procedures, and the care plan. This position also requires employee to administer medication and treatments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and documentation.
