Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in the state of Ohio.
• Minimum one year of recent experience working in a medical facility.
• Proficiency in MS Office and electronic health records patient management software.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Duties: Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures; measure and record vital signs; prepare patients for examinations; administer injections and medications; perform basic laboratory tests and ECGs; maintain exam rooms and stock supplies.
• Administrative Duties: Schedule appointments, manage patient records, update EHRs, handle billing and coding, assist with check-in/check-out, answer calls, and assist with insurance verification.
• Patient Education: Instruct patients on medications, procedures, and follow-up care; provide lifestyle and preventive guidance.
• Collaboration: Communicate with physicians, APRN, PA, nurses, and admin staff to ensure efficient workflow.
• Compliance and Quality Assurance: Adhere to HIPAA, infection control, and safety protocols.
• Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
