Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program.
• None required beyond completion of an accredited LPN program.
• Current, valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Ohio. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in outpatient clinic.
• Perform basic nursing procedures and assist with examinations.
• Administer medications and support patient education.
