Job summary

Under RN guidance, you will administer treatments and medications, collect health data, and collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues to ensure effective care and positive patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state approved vocational/practical nursing program.
• Current Florida LPN license.
• BLS certification current for 90 days after hire; 30-hour IV course may be required.

Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $22.34 - $29.04 / hour

Summary

Join Lee Healths Addiction Services team as an LPN, where youll play an important role in supporting individuals on their journey to recovery through compassionate, patient-centered care and meaningful connections that make a difference.

Performs and documents selected tasks such as the administration of treatments and medications in delivery of patient care under the guidance and discretion of the registered nurse. Assist the Register Nurse in collecting health data according to established policies. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes. Supports the organization vision and mission. Uses knowledge of patients age and cultural diversity into the provision of patient care. Contributes to the provision of quality nursing care through excellence in customer service and performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes in patient care.

Requirements

Education: Graduate of a state approved vocational/practical nursing program required.

Experience: None required. Qualified individuals will successfully complete the competency assessment.

Certification: Proof of American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS), current for a minimum of 90 days after hire date. 30-hour IV Course may be required based on specialty.

License: Currently licensed as an LPN in the State of Florida.

Other: Communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, and customer service skills required.
