Sunrise Treatment Center in West Union, OH is seeking an LPN to work in the OTP medication room, preparing and dispensing buprenorphine/methadone from the on-site dispensary. The role emphasizes patient safety, accuracy, regulatory compliance, and a quieter, office‑style nursing environment.

Ideal candidates will have an Ohio LPN or RN license, CPR/First Aid, and Medicaid billing compliance. The position offers a predictable schedule with some weekend rotation and travel if needed.

Qualifications

• Ohio LPN or RN license; CPR and first aid certification.
• Must be in good standing with Medicaid billing practices.
• FBI background check and fingerprinting required before start.

Responsibilities

• Record client information and dispense buprenorphine using on-site systems.
• Prepare, dispense, and monitor medications; maintain inventory.
• Adhere to DEA and Board of Pharmacy guidelines; ensure patient safety.
• Occasionally draw labs and handle injections as needed.
• Work in a sedentary, compliance‑oriented role with limited floor nursing.
