Job summary

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience as an LPN in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care under RN supervision and monitors vital signs.
• Conducts focused patient assessments and reports changes promptly.
• Administers medications, treatments, and injections as prescribed.
