The Orthopedics team provides care for a variety of ortho specialty patients, including (but not limited to): elective knee and hip replacements, back, neck, foot, and ankle surgeries. This is a great opportunity for an LPN seeking to utilize critical thinking skills in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Proposed Schedule (12 Hr Shifts):

Nights (7:00p-7:30a)

Overview:

According to the care plan prescribed by the Registered Nurse for assigned patients, the LPN will provide individualized nursing care in accordance with the Standards of Nursing Practice for adult and geriatric patients.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program; consideration will be given for comparable education, experience, and successful licensure.
  • Licensure: Responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current LPN license within the state where nursing duties are performed, meeting all State Board of Nursing requirements.
  • Experience: Open to both new and experienced LPNs.
  • Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of the course within 30 days of hire.
