LPN Nurse - up to $38.55 per hour (WellBridge of Fenton)

Join our WellBridge of Fenton team!

Our Skilled Nurses provide specialized care in areas such as orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology, and dermatology. You will assess patient needs and implement care using the latest technology as part of a strong interdisciplinary team.

Located minutes from Flint and 11 miles south of Hill Road.

Salary: $33.55 - $38.55 per hour, including:

• LPN Starting wage: $30.15/hr
• Shift Premium for Nights: $5.00/hr
• Hero Pay: $3.40/hr
• Yearly Wage Increases

Scheduling options:

• 12-hour shifts, rotating weekends and some holidays
• Full-time, Part-time, Days or Midnight shifts available

Daily responsibilities:

• Perform treatments including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and dialysis
• Administer medications and advise patients and families
• Provide preventative and supportive care
• Oversee Nurse Aide team, including training and evaluations
• Promote excellent customer service and a positive environment

Qualifications:

• Current LPN license in Michigan and CPR-BLS certification
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• Strong analytical skills for care planning and problem-solving
• Excellent customer service and teamwork skills
