They communicate with physicians, reinforce discharge instructions, and support patient education.

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license from Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days
• Experience with wound Vac, JP drains, traction devices, orthotic devices, chest tubes, Foley/IV/Mediport care, and telemetry monitoring
• Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills

Key Duties
