Job summary

ProMedica Physician Office seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support value-based care protocols. You will perform specialized tests, gather baseline data from patients, and document visit reasons while ensuring patient safety and applying clinical knowledge.

The LPN will efficiently use practice resources, including supplies and time management, in a 40-hour weekly schedule within the Toledo area. This role requires active LPN licensure and BLS/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of an LPN program at an accredited college or university.
• Current active state LPN license.
• BLS and CPR certification required.
