UNTWN Uniontown Hospital in Pennsylvania is seeking an LPN to provide nursing support to physicians and deliver direct patient care in an inpatient setting. The role collaborates with RNs and Respiratory Therapists to implement the plan of care and ensure patient comfort and safety.
Responsibilities include performing therapeutic procedures, documenting observations, assisting with examinations, contributing to care plans, and educating patients and families.
Provides nursing support to the physician and provides direct nursing care to patients in an inpatient setting.
