Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and obtain LPN licensure.
• Active, unencumbered LPN license required.
• Experience with nursing care in long-term care settings preferred.
• Competence in medication administration and patient assessment.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to residents under supervision.
• Perform assessments, administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Document interactions and care outcomes in the resident record.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support care plans.
• Maintain confidentiality and communicate clearly with residents and families.

Education

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

Practical nursing degree (associate preferred)
