Good Samaritan Luverne is seeking an LPN to join our long-term care team. The role involves providing professional nursing care to residents under supervision, administering medications and treatments, and documenting all care activities.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure residents receive safe, compassionate care consistent with care plans. We offer day shift coverage, full-time hours, and a supportive environment that values ongoing education and advancement.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and be licensed as an LPN.
• Current, unencumbered LPN license; multi-state licensure privileges where applicable.
• Includes required continuing education units and department-specific certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to residents under supervision of a RN/physician.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered.
• Document resident interactions, outcomes and care provided.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to plan and deliver care.
• Maintain clear communication with residents, families and staff; ensure confidentiality.
