Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and hold an LPN license.
• Active Minnesota LPN license; multi-state licensure preferred.
• Minimum 400 hours of supervised clinical experience across the lifespan.
• Completes required CEUs and maintains competencies per department and facility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered.
