AdvisaCare in Lansing, MI seeks top-tier Registered Nurses to provide personalized home health care, including skilled, private duty, and hospice services in patients' familiar surroundings.

We offer per-diem, part-time, and full-time positions with flexible scheduling, travel within the service area, and a supportive team dedicated to improving quality of life through compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current MI Nursing License
• Proven Nursing Experience
• Familiarity with Professional and Technical Emerging Knowledge
• Problem Solving Skills and Ability to Multi-Task
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to Travel within the Service Area

Responsibilities

• Manage records, complete necessary paperwork, and perform patient assessments
• Ability to work independently
• Participate in training and transitioning of the patient from a facility to the home setting.
• Comply with all policies and standards of safety and infection control.
• Perform all duties and responsibilities in a courteous and customer-focused manner in accordance with AdvisaCare's standards of practice.
