Job summary

AdvisaCare in Ionia, MI is seeking top of the line Registered Nurses or Licensed Practical Nurses for home health and private duty care in the Ionia and surrounding areas. As a member of our team you will manage records, complete patient assessments, and participate in transitions from facility to home care, while complying with safety and infection control standards.

You will work independently yet be supported by a responsive network of clinicians and staff.

Qualifications

• Current MI Nursing License is required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Ability to Pass Drug Screen/Clear Background.
