Job summary

Adams Lane Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Zanesville, Ohio. This PRN role focuses on delivering high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

Starting pay ranges from $28.50–$30 per hour for LPNs and $35 per hour for RNs, with a typical 7pm–7am schedule. Flexible employment options including full-time, part-time, and a Weekend Warrior program are available.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in Ohio.
• Experience in Long Term Care, Behavioral Health or Acute Care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient health and provide updates to the healthcare team.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Perform assessments, including vital signs and medical history evaluations.
• Educate patients and families on health management and wellness practices.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
• Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records.

The typical schedule for this opportunity is 7p to 7a. Specific schedules available will be discussed during interview.
