Qualifications

  • Valid LPN or RN license is required.
  • Experience in a correctional environment is a plus.
  • Strong ability to evaluate patient symptoms and work under physician supervision.

Location: Robertson County Detention Center

Open Position: LPN or RN Nights

Schedule: 12-hour Shift Rotation 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

Compensation: Competitive Pay + Shift Differential + Sign-On and Retention Bonus

Responsibilities include:
  • Deliver patient care, evaluate symptoms, reactions, and progress, chart results, establish nursing plans, and work within State Scope of Practice and Guidelines, under the supervision of Physicians/Providers.
  • Administer prescribed medications according to nursing standards and correctional regulations.
  • Follow established treatment plans.
  • Perform emergency interventions, physical assessments, and apply critical thinking.
