Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. is seeking RN/LPNs for in-home pediatric care with flexible shifts. Work one-on-one with children having autism, seizure disorders, developmental delays, or feeding tube needs, delivering skilled nursing care and emotional support to families.

Positions include morning, evening, and overnight options with a pay range based on licensure: LPN $35/$36 and RN $45/$46 per hour. New graduates welcome and CPR/BLS certification desired.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license (state-specific)
• Pediatric experience preferred, not required
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
• New graduates welcome
• Comfortable providing care for children with developmental and complex medical needs
• Dependable, patient, and attentive bedside manner

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in a home setting
• Monitor the child’s health, safety, and overall condition
• Administer medications and perform routine treatments
• Provide seizure awareness and response (training available if needed)
• Assist with mobility, positioning and daily care needs
• Complete clinical documentation and progress notes
• Communicate changes, concerns and updates with parents and care team
• Support individualized care planning and ongoing updates
• Offer comfort, engagement and emotional reassurance throughout care
